When a group of professional engineers with well over 20 years of experience in the construction industry – both locally and internationally - decided to pool their talent, expertise and strengths together, Primary Horizon Sdn Bhd (PH) was established.

Primary Horizon (PH) commenced operations on 3rd September 1999, the core business being engineering support services for hospitals and commercial buildings facilities.

Primary Horizon (PH)’s operations rapidly evolved to encompass the full gamut of engineering services, termed Facility Engineering Maintenance Service (FEMS) which includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Works.

The motto "Commitment Towards Engineering Excellence" was adopted to continually drive the company’s direction towards good engineering practices.
